How a first-deposit match works at the cashier, using PURPLE100

A deposit bonus is a cashier setting, not a gift that turns up by itself. Here is the mechanism at Casino Purple, with real euro figures and the one moment you cannot miss.

Deposit bonuses generate more confused support messages than any other feature, and almost all of them come down to timing. The match is attached at the moment of payment. Miss that moment and it is gone for that deposit; get it right and the bonus balance appears alongside your own money. This page explains the moment, the arithmetic and the trade-off, using Casino Purple's welcome offer as the worked example.

Where exactly does the code go?

There are two places you can type PURPLE100: the optional promo box on the registration form, and the cashier when you make your first deposit. The cashier is the one that counts, because the code ties to the payment. Our step order:

1. Press Deposit. On the first visit, fill in the one-off name and address form.
2. Choose your method: card, Revolut or crypto. The cashier works in euro.
3. Enter the amount: at least €25, or €30 on card and Revolut.
4. Type PURPLE100 in the code field.
5. Only now, confirm the payment.

Confirm first and type the code afterwards, and the match will not attach. That is the single most common bonus complaint we see, and it is avoided by step four coming before step five.

What does a 100% match add in euro?

The bonus part carries a playthrough before it can be withdrawn; Casino Purple sets out the multiple on its promotions page, and that page on the day you deposit is the version that counts. We do not copy the figure here because terms change.

Why is a 100% match easier to live with?

Playthrough is usually calculated on the bonus amount. A 100% match gives you as much bonus as you deposited, no more, so the amount to play through stays modest and predictable. For a player who deposits modestly and likes to cash out early in a session, that smaller commitment is the attraction. The trade-off is simple: less extra money, fewer strings.

When should I deposit without the code?

• When you want to be able to withdraw as soon as you win, with nothing to clear.
• When you only plan a short session and would not play through a bonus anyway.
• When you are testing the cashier and the payout path with a small first deposit.

A deposit without a code is plain cash. That is not a mistake to fix later; it is a valid choice. The effect on cashing out is explained on fast withdrawal casino.

Can I add the bonus to a later deposit instead?

No. The welcome match is tied to the first deposit only. Decide before that first payment. Casino Purple also runs separate recurring offers, listed on its promotions page and on our sister site casinopurple.win; those are distinct from the welcome match.

When can I withdraw after taking the bonus?

As soon as the playthrough shown on the promotions page is complete and your documents have been accepted. The account area tracks your progress, so there is no guesswork about how far you have to go. Players who prefer to keep things simple can always deposit without the code and withdraw their cash balance whenever they like. Bonus troubleshooting

• Match missing after deposit: the code was probably typed after confirming. Contact support promptly with the deposit details.
• Code rejected: check it is your first deposit and that you typed PURPLE100 in capitals with no space.
• Cannot withdraw: the playthrough is not finished yet; your account area shows progress.

18+ only. A bonus is extra play, not extra income; set your budget on your own money alone.
