Everything you can do on a laptop works on a phone, and the short sign-up form is at its best on a small screen. Here is the setup, step by step.

Most account questions we answer start with "on my phone...". That is no surprise: the six-field registration is quickest to complete with your thumbs, and many people only ever play on a mobile. This page covers getting the app on the phone, logging in, and handling deposits, documents and withdrawals from a small screen.

How do I install the Casino Purple app?

The app installs from the casino's own site rather than from a shop listing, so you never have to search for it. The site shows an install button; if you do not see it, the browser route below does the same job.

Before tapping install, check the address bar says casinopurple.info. An icon made from a look-alike domain will open that domain, not Casino Purple, every time you tap it.

How do I log in on the app?

With your username and password, exactly as on a computer. Not your email: that is the single most common mobile login problem, made worse by phones that offer to autofill an email address into any box. Let the phone save your username instead. Uploading documents with the phone camera

This is where mobile is genuinely better than a laptop. Photograph your ID and a recent bill straight from the account area, in daylight, with all four corners in shot. Withdrawing on mobile

It works exactly as on desktop. Open the cashier from the menu, choose Withdraw, pick the method in your name and confirm. Once your documents have been accepted, a request sent from the sofa on your phone is treated just like one sent from a laptop, and the withdrawal history in the app lets you follow it without logging in anywhere else. • Login error: clear the autofilled email and type the username.
